Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The Advocate should possess a Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University. Preference may be given to Advocates having higher qualifications in Law or related disciplines.
Professional Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in practice as an Advocate.
The experience certificate must be endorsed by the Chairman of the concerned Bar Association and submitted along with the application.
